Yesterday:
30 minute XC ski. Nice to be out. Trail was groomed for skating not classic so I went off into the woods for a quick loop where some single track was down. We actually got no new snow this weekend...none...not a flake. Oh and 9 years ago Saturday this happened, and I'm still not dead and can lift stuff ,so it's all good. tonite 2 rm box jump 36 1/2" saftey squat 1 rm 380 lbs 5 @ 265, rm (8) 285 1.5" deficit frog stance dead lift 6-6-6-6 205-225-285-295 worked tonite with 2 young guns 35 & 43....it was great to have them push me....but i still wooped their butts in the squats :pepper: :pepper: |
