Every 2 minutes, f or 6 minutes (3 sets):
High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch @ 60%
Followed by..

Started at 55lb last set @ 105lb.

WOD:
Against a three-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
20 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Air Squats

At the conclusion of three minutes, you will rest for exactly 3 minutes before repeating for a total of 5 three-minute sets. You will begin your next set where you finished the previous set – i.e., if you finish your 39th squat at the conclusion of the three minutes, you will begin with your 40th rep after your three minute rest period, and then roll immediately into pull-ups after your 50th squat.

Only got 2 rounds +32. The pull-ups were a time killer for me today,

This Patrick looked as a nice wod.. i have never done a kipping pullup, i usually always do the oldfashioned way, underhand grip...first three minutes would probably go only for the pullups:)
Some 1 1/2 -2 years ago i did every now and then, total of 100 pullups, against time, underhand grip. My best was 28:50min. I was happy to go under half of an hour. I got the idea from my oldest son (he's some 50lbs lighter than me), who did it at the time for 10:10min!!

Bill...that's about the best thing you can hear from your wife:)

This one worked me. 60 OVH Squats... A couple of rounds 7,8,9,10 were tuff.

[I]The Trap bar was much easier than the normal bar. Part of it is that the bar handles are higher, so you are not lifting as high. friday.....catered a party for 50. pulled pork, baked beans and blue cheese coleslaw.....

saturday/sunday the wife and i took her '95 yj jeep on a 210 k.m. off road adventure.....saw parts of the province not a lot of people have ever been to and it was less than 2 hours from vancouver....people were pretty shocked when they heard what we did.....

Great stuff, Guys!

Back from a 4 day dual sport motorcycle ride. We covered 788 miles and 174 miles of the trip was dirt. We rode Stunner and Owl Creek Passes, Dunton (near Rico) and Last Dollar Roads (Telluride) and the Ute Trail. Fantastic scenery and quite the adventure on Last Dollar Road. Steep, rocky climbs and descents, mud bogs and water crossings. What a hoot!

Mountain bike ride in Cheyenne Mountain State Park. 8.7 miles; 1120' climbing.

7/13
WU: 1 mi dog walk; functional fitness digging and filling erosion and moving tool chests into new garage; halos 25, 35, 35 X20; row 1 km; 100 single unders

KB C&P 35# X5X(1-4) 100 reps

Back was stiff from lifting and carrying tool chests so I skipped the kettle bell swings.

I've maintained a lighter workout routine for the last few weeks, concentrating on the mountain bike or hiking, because of the tendonitis in my elbows and that has paid off. I can now bend my elbows enough to wash my neck again and they don't hurt anymore. :D It has been a long journey learning patience in the gym but I am happy with the progress, as limited as it has been. Haha

Cliff- Love to see the reaction on your Wife face!! Bill- That a good one 400M intervals, I think you did. when I ran Track at JC college we used to do 6x300M those were Tuff!!!

Hi Patrick. I am doing well. I'm glad to see you still hitting it hard. Yes I am now 50. I feel pretty good. Thanks for the invite to 50 and Over.
Here's a short bio. I am a husband, father, teacher, climber, and crossfitter. I have been climbing for about 20 years and crossfitting for 10. A few years ago I really was crossfitting very hard and put climbing on the bottom shelf. Several injuries later I realized that I missed climbing and shifted my focus back to climbing. I now use Crossfit to support climbing and not to suck at life. I avoid exercises that hurt me (I suspect many of us have learned that).
JT was a good friend of mine. We climbed and later did Crossfit together. We had many adventures together. He had a huge personality and I enjoyed our time together. Fond memories.

2 Rounds +400M and 18 for us. Four rounds for each set made this one a bit tuffer then it sounds. Need about 35-40Min to get this one done. A few people were on round 3 like us.....
And then for good measure after class I did a partner tire flip for 1Lap. Good 200M: and then she had me do 100 Burpees with her!!! Nuts!! Since I was there I helped Coach mop the Gym floor. What a way to spend Saturday Morning!!

Practice a gymnastic weakness:
Worked on HSPU. after about 10-15Min. and some coaching I was able to get 1 kipping HSPU. 1st one it about 2yrs. I'll keep working at it

WOD:
Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets) for times:
500 Meter Row
25 Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lbs to a 10′ target)

Modify the weight of the ball or the reps of the wall ball shots to ensure that you complete each set within 4 minutes.

This one "worked" me....... 125WB's later I was gassed.

Got back yesterday from the New River Gorge. Great climbing trip with Norm, Ken, Brendan, and Georgia. I'm definitely getting my flow back on the rock. I sent many good climbs including a 11c, 12a, and 11d. My favorite was Six Dollars at Summersville. A good send in summer conditions. If I can keep this up fall should be good. I just need to stay healthy and get at least one more trip to the New this summer.

Yes, Guys, I hope those fires stay far away. Fire is always on our minds here.

7/18 90 mile dirt bike ride through the burn scar from the Hayman fire. That was the largest fire (over 138,000 acres burned and 133 homes destroyed) in CO history. Really sobering to see how much damage was caused by someone burning a letter in the forest. The evergreens will not recover for 50+ years (not enough rain here) but it is great to see the aspens filling in.

That's quite a bike ride Alden! Sounds really interesting too. I have done a lot of rock climbing in the Boulder and Estes Park area. Beautiful area!
