kinda upset about these videos and the fact that they are lacking the details of the WOD... anybody know what the deal is with the past 3 videos? i wanna give the WODs a try but no way to figure it out? any help would be great!

You can find the descriptions here:

There's a link "Choose a regional or sectional event", each sectional has a blog where they post the WOD. The videos I've seen have been a mix of several WODs, but it shouldn't be too hard to work back and see what they were doing.
