Metcon (Time) 5 ROUNDS 7 Cleans ( yes that means with a squat) 155/105 14 KB Swings 53/35 time 13:38 cleans were slow. Hard to get a breath. |

squat bar x3 135lbs x3 185lbs x3 235lbs x3 235lbs x3 just to parallel, as I got 5 stitches in my knee on saturday from and accident, and squatting deep can tear the stitches. |
