Re: Nik
You will never forget that damn dog Nik, it was actually during 400m or 800m over the field that the dog is at hes worst.
I can imagine you are more sore than me after doing Linda RXD, should loosen you up some violent kipping. |

Re: Nik
Thats some awesome pullup work man! I really hate any of these ladder WODs. I'm beginning to realize that they get me the most nervous before hand.

Re: Nik
Massive pull up ladder Nik, I knew you would crush that today. Get some salt on that palm and it will heal much quicker.
Got to hit my first volume heavy lifting today, makes the workout feel more satisfying going hard every 1RM. |

Thanks, those don't really get me, the 3 bars of death had me all messed up the night befor and untill I started. My last 12 reps were singles, I kept telling myself to get 2 but I couldn't , almost total falier, I would pull and hit my chest and just fall. It was fun. it is funny how it just dies, no slow decaying weakness, one set you are ok, then death. My last 2 or 3 rounds were brokenm but it was in sets of 5, then 3's. Like I said that last one was death. It was good to push that last set out even though i wouldnt get it. |
Re: Nik
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
1.225lbs 2. 235lbs 3. 235 4. 235 5. 235 6. 235 7. 235 I really thought I would do more. But it wasnt happening today. This was tough today. I also had my son with me, he was a little distracting, but I cant blame him. It was just not my day. good lift though. I worked hard with what I could do. |
