Nice Thruster work also, we both are getting our BW.[/QUOTE] Yes I did 165 on the bar. I could have gone heavier I think, I did the first 20 reps as fast as I could keeping in mind to get full range of moting in the bottom of the squat. After the first 20 reps, I racked rthe bar, counted 3,2,1, and hit it again, the last 10 were a bit slower with an extra breath in the top of the reps, but it felt good. The first bit of the run was deadly, my legs didn't work right at all. Burpees were good, I kept a pace and didn't rest more then a breath's lenth inbetween reps. I'm good at body weight. This one was right for me. Today on the other hand is different. I'll be doing pullups ect. I though of doing muscle up progressions instead, but that would be light. I really don't know what to do, so I'll probably got with the harder. |
