Having only just started to 'try' more Olympic lifts and just tried hang power snatches at very low weights, the snatch has to be one of the most satisfying movements to do. Can't explain why though.

I quite like seated cable rows (now a CF exercise I know).

Clean and Jerk (specifically 135lbs, my only true strength in CF)

2 for the rest of my life ? Man, life would suck. I may go back to the couch.

I'd like to say squat and press etc, but I think I'd have to go with:

1. Running. Much variety (shuttle, sprint, slow, fast, long, short, trail, road, hill, etc) and I'd be more apt to run faster that everyone doing DLs when the zombie apocalypse comes.

2. Sleds. Full body and pull, push, heavy, light. Much like running sure, but I'd enjoy this nonetheless.
