Stomach issues on Paleo.
So before anyone asks, yes, I searched. I did find out some good info but it seems that no one really had many issues past the first month to two months phase of Paleo. Im going on well over a year and half now and I actually NEVER had stomach issues until maybe the last 4 months or so. I have no reason to get graphic but to give you an idea I am bothered by my own smells every now and then. Once it gets to that you know the outside world is probably feeling it worse. All I can say has dramatically changed in the last 4 to 5 months is I was abit loose for two weeks due to some medical issues that came up for my wife. Now, I by no means went "off" Paleo, but I didnt have much patience and time to cook so we ordered out alot and stayed as tightly within the parameters as I could, which were pretty damned tight. After she felt better I jumped right back on the strict horse and have been fine since, only problem is now I am "gassing" the hell out of my wife and dogs (poor little buggers). Dietarily all I can say is I have shifted my fruit intake from two meals to one meal and my veggies intake from two meals to three meals. Breakfest is my fruit meal, the rest of the day is all veggies. Mainly: Veggies: Spinach, Kale, Red leaf lettuce, Broccoli, Broccoli rabe, Onions, Peppers, Sweet potatoes and for Fruits: Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Cherries, Grapes. My family needs your help.

Umm...just a guess but maybe drop the peppers and onions, and the really dark fruits (cherries, berries). Also, lower intake of dark meat, maybe try some white meat instead.

Try fish oil, and probiotics.

If anything I would go higher fat/protein content... cultivates the bacteria you want there. Vegetables, depending on which sometimes, can cultivate meh stuff
