No off the rack, My pullup rack is also thye squat rack, if there isn't a weighted bar on the back side of it I will pull it over during pullups so it made sence to leave the bar on the rack. Thanks on the workout, with your strenth you will beat me for sure. |

Yestwerdays M wod todays M wod. I was streching for 40 min and was still going till A truck pulled up and I checked time and my lunch was over. I was going to roll my back and shoulders next. Maybe at 3:00. |

Rest that shoulder, The HSPU's werre hard, Scale it if you have to. It was a fun one though. I really liked it. |

Well no early workout, I had some early work to do today so this will be lunch time. Weight to beat for me is 185pounds. Other then my shoulders being a little sore fron the HSPU's I feel ready for it, even the shoulders are just regular soreness.

1. 165lbs 2. 170lbs 3. 175lbs 4. 180lbs(rough rep, barely went up) 5. 180lbs(good solid rep) 6. 185lbs F, got it 7. 190lbs F,F,F last time 1. 135lbs 2. 145lbs 3. 155lbs 4. 165lbs 5. 175lbs 6. 185lbs 7. 190lbs Failed last,last time I maxed at 175lbs, time befor 165lbs So more weight total, but same max. |

Mobility workout 10 min full squat. Started with feet in close about a foot apart , my back got a little sore (arthritus) about the 6 min mark then moved my feet apart a bit still in squat and the soreness went away, ended up with 11 min. 10 MU's full turnout. |
