Warm-up: 5 minutes of jogging on treadmill
WOD: 11 rounds (5 squats away from completing 12, i need to push myself harder)
Cool-down: 10 minutes of jogging/walking on treadmill

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Warm-up: 5 minutes of jogging (it's all i could take, i think my big toe is broken)
WOD: 10 rounds (+5)
Cool-down: Went to absolute failure on the assisted pull-up machine, then 10 minutes of jogging / walking on treadmill

50 Box jump, 24 inch box (didn't have a 24 "stable" platform, had to go with 14")
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (subbed w/ 35lb dbell)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (had to sub w/ 20lb thrusts)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (subbed 100 singles)

Warm-up: Jump-rope
WOD: 35:32
Cool-down: 10 minutes of jogging/walking on treadmill
