Macro breakdown with known BF%
 
Found out today my bf% is 26%. How should I calculate my macros in order to gain muscle (as well as decreasing fat mass)? Any and all suggestions are welcome

Unless you are a new trainee you aren't going to be gaining muscle and cutting fat at the same time. I suggest you focus on one at a time as you will see much better improvements that way, trying to do both at the same time will more than likely cause you to do neither.
