for those of you out there that follow a paleo diet, how many grams of carbs do you usually consume in a typical day?

(I tend to run about 1/2-3/4 of the zone recomendations or about 120-200g.

Anywhere from 110-180grams a day in a 3300-3600 calorie diet.

Most of these are green vegetables.

I find paleo to be more easily followed in a cyclic type of diet (i.e. NHE, CKD, etc.)
