Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge (DFW Area May 9th; Seattle Aug. 8th)
The Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge is a series of physical fitness events challenging athletes to maximize their performance in individual tests of strength and endurance.
It closely mirrors the initial physical screening test given to anyone who desires to become a SEAL.
The event consists of in this order;
-500 yard swim
-Push ups (2 minutes to hit your max)
-Sit ups (2 minutes to hit your max)
-Pull-ups (no time limit)
-1.5 mile run.

All Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge competitors will be scored and ranked against each other;
-All participants receiving a complimentary commemorative T-shirt.
-Top Competitors will be recognized with Gold & Silver medals!

I REALLY wish they had one of these on the East Coast. I would LOVE to do something like this!
