I'm looking to get a few bits and pieces for home for when I can't get to the gym. I live in a small flat so I can't really have anything too big or something that I can't dismantle after use. What do you think of this or can anyone suggest anything better for home use?

I have seen a number of these. I think they'd be quite secure with dead weight, maybe less so with kipping. They can definitely crack the wood in the frame though, so they are still iffy for a place you rent.

Ok thanks Brian, maybe I'll look for something a bit sturdier.

Paul - it looks sturdy enough to me. I take one similar to this one with me when I go out of town and I've used it many hotel rooms without damage to the door frame. Keep your kipping to minimum (you'll quickly know how much is too much) and you (and the door frame) should be O.K.
