That is an old time from 2009, I couldn't find any other times for me, but it seems like we did it after 09. Either way it was fun.

Thanks Bud, I didn't even check for old times, I just wanted to have fun today.

Yea, Jamie(Cathys brother who is making the movie) will get the footage back today so he can start editing it, he said he will post some on face book, I'll have ot get Cathy to get on there and see how to pull them from there to post it on them logs.

snatch: barski snatch: all 3 reps from the hang with no straps. work up to 65%x3x5 sets
Weight at 95lbs. First sets were rough and un gainly, last sets were smooth and getting fast. Glad for the skill work.

That's a pretty massive PR no matter when its from Nik!
I did Grace today too! (for the first time) Had a go at that handstand walking WOD as well.

Great work and massive PR Nik, hope you resisted the hspu's, I did some and now we got 70 today!!

Thanks Bud, I saw I trippled your time!! I'll have to check your hand stand walk, you had to smoke that one too, do you remember how many steps you go in a row, or was there to many to count?!?!

Ten rounds of:
Run 150 meters
7 Chest to bar pull-ups
135 pound Front squat, 7 reps
7 Handstand push-ups


time 38:35

Great workout, Sorry we got to do it as a hero workout. God rest your soul Bulger, thank you and God bless your familly.

Runs ok, pullups unbroken, front squats unbroken but I took a breath or two at the top, not fast reps but good deep reps.

Hspu were the trick, all sets broken. but the lasat 5 sets were 5 reps the last set was 6 reps. I had to kip a few of the last reps on some sets, but all good reps

Breaks, run to pullup no break, small break inbetween pullup to front squats, I just couldn't will myself onto the bar right away, few breaths and then I was off. Then HSPUS all broke, but real happy with it.

Great stuff there nik! Another early wod to wake you up for the rest of the day!!! I knew the hspus were gonna be the breaker in this wod! Congrats on getting everything else unbroken. Did you power clean the bar for the front squats?

Thats strong getting all the pull ups and front squats unbroken and not too broken on the hspu's either, looking forward to hitting this now. Pleased that everyone has to join us with the C2B standard pull up today :D
