Hello, I recently read the nutrition info on the "start here" section of this site. Using the numbers provided, as a 6' 176lb male, I should be eating about 1590 calories per day at an activity level using .85 protien grams per lean body weight. This number seemed really low, but I keep getting the same answer.

Somehow I feel as though I have been eating way more calories than this and have maintained a body weight between 175-180 for several months now. Am I missing something in all of this?

Jason, I would seriously research that again, for someone who is 6'1, you probably burn that many calories, if not more, just from your everyday activities (not including crossfit). Where did you calculate this number, and how active would you say you are?
