Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)

last time 11:04.

First time running in a few weeks running. Foot was ok. It still feels wierd but held up ok. I was not pushing the run at all.

Strong work Nik, thats fast considering your nursing the foot still. Steady on the squats still. We got some Shoulder pressing high reps today at CM2 you will be glad to know.

Thanks, I need the comp to keep me moving forward. I tell you injurys suck. My pullups are alot weaker now and running is still a dice thing.

I just saw that!! Todays workout will be a grinder.I have no idea how the one arm C&J will bwe. Right now I'm worried about the box jumps(worried in a good way) I will use my matts like last time, that saved the hard impact on the foot.

Nice idea with the matts, done that before when an injury has been annoying. All about getting the pogo as usual, probably manage it for 10!!

I was thinking the same, good set of 10 and just keep moving. I fear the kb. I will try to push through the ''rests'' and keep moving, same on the pushups too. I do'nt have your talent.

100lbs x8 x8 x8 x8 last few reps each round were the money.

For time:
40 box jumps (24")
10 Pressups
12 one-arm-clean & jerk (24/12kg)
30 box jumps (24")
20 pressups
12 one-arm-clean & jerk (24/12kg)
20 box jumps (24")
30 pressups
12 one-arm-clean & jerk (24/12kg)
10 box jumps (24")
40 Pressups
12 one-arm-clean & jerk (24/12kg

time 17:43

all about the box jumps. I tried to stay on them, but my legs felt heavy and slow. I was'nt fast allthough I was trying to pogo as best I could.

pushups unbroken till last set of 40, broke at 12/15/5/10/10

C&J ok, got better as I went. Right arm better then my left for sure. Done 6 one arm, 6 the other.

3:00 break
2 reps on the min for 10:00 min weighted deadhang pullups with 25lbs. I have got to get muy pullups back. I felt it in my arm, but no pain.

Foot is sore from all the box jumps, not bad. but tomorrow will be scaled if it is running or jumping.

I also have a buddy coming in to workout who has never done crossfit, so timorrow will be a trick coaching him through a workout and getting mine in. But I will get it done.

Yea, next time I use the mats I will think about jumping on Matt Whale!!;)
