Hey Nik! HAvent checked in for a while! Been busy at work and message board surfing time had to suffer!

I know bettter than to try and catch up on 3 weeks in your log, but I will assume that you are still staying consistant, and squatting every day!

Will try to look in more often.

Thanks, I ahve been working on my HSPus so I was after this one regardless of the DUs.

10 HSPUs
20 GHDs with 20lbs
20 back ext
10 HSPUs
20 abmatt situps with 25lbs over head
10 wide C2B pullups dead hang
20 OHSs with bar
10 close over hand dead hang pullups
20 pushups

rolled my back 2:00min
kicking drills

rolled left glute 4 min
rolled right 2:00min
hip stretch with leg on table 2:00min a side
lunge stretch 2:00min a side

lunch I was out and got back in time to roll my back for a wile.

3:00 break I was going to get the workout but I ended up with only 5;00mins so I rolled my quads....you guessed it, 5:00min.

with my back and everything else, this week has been a mess. I hope for good things tomorrow.

Those box jumps!!!:yikes: I will be warming up all day and as long as I get through the KB swings i think I'll be fine, but those box jumps will be the slow part.
