I received this email from my girlfriend earlier today:

So I go to the gym and in the whole 25 min that I'm there, 4 trainers come over to me to either help me with my workout, or find out more about what I do. I gave out the crossfit website address to two of them, another one calls me "the athlete" cuz of the hard workouts I do, and another one said that this must be a great program if I look this good. In short, I'm hopefully creating a dominican following for the program. :-) It's a good day.

Good work. Normally the four trainers would be there to throw the CF'er out the front door. You must have a cool gym.
