PR Squat 275
 
This is my PR for squat. It doesn't look like I went low enough on the last two reps but thats all I could notice, any advice would be appreciated.

On the first rep, you let the bar crash down, try to control the descent a little bit more. Looks like you're squatting low-bar. Try to sit back a little bit more, keep your knees back as well as your ***. Depth looked okay to me, but I'd get a second opinion.

Basically what he said. You're initiating the squat with knees, you want to start by pushing your a** back as far as possible.

Looks good, keep it up. You'll be doing 315 before you know it.

Overall it looks good, but on reps 1 and 2 it doesn't seem like your lower back is set. I don't mean that you're rounding at the bottom, it just looks like it wasn't set to begin with. Anyone else seeing this? Maybe it's the t-shirt.

Hey guys I tried what you mentioned, pushing my butt back, and I think it made a difference. Here's me doing 285. Does this look better?
