last time i did it and it was c2b i got 20 rounds exactly. I'm not to sure if its 24 or 25 rounds without c2b. Ill be doing it tomorrow and aiming for higher than 24 rounds.

Good to read your log here Scott ! :D intense work as usual, and the affiliate you visited sounds really good.

I haven't done much at all on my vacation here, the first days of training are going to be brutal for me when i get back home on Thursday !

I hope you smash my PR on this one, 25 + 5 c2b's :stir:

Did the Push Press + KB Swing Couplet tonight Scott, was some hard stuff, but really fun!

Next time I'll try the heavy version, feels like the push press and swing are a great combo.

Great to hear from you Richard and hope you have had a fantastic vacation. Man your going to suffer when you come back, you might have to hit a half intensity week first. The affiliate is fantastic, I get to compete like at the qualifier every Friday now and theres some very competitive people to go up against.

No PR for me today on the C2B Cindy but it was mayhem, bodies everywhere, and I think I lost a round somewhere, never mind.

Bells n Bars is a killer Bert, goes great together and you can push on and on, glad you had a go. Not sure how the heavy one will go, depends on how well we can swing that monster KB.

27 July 2009

'C2B Cindy'

As many rounds in 20 minutes of:

5 C2B Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats - 22 rounds, 5 Pulls, 5 Push

No PR and I am not sure if I missed a round out so went with the lower number to make sure. Had to shout 'Excuse Me' 3 times as people stood in my way, 2 people tripped over my feet and people kept asking me how long, I will have to try this at a more quiet time in the gym. Luckily my WOD Temper was tame today. Oh yes and I thought 5 pull ups at a time would not need chalk, I forget how much you sweat during that one.

hmmm....can you imagine....OBESE Helen with that kettlebell....

They make them bigger http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wh6u-BLdW8s w/f/s This is a vid of me a little over a year ago, think i'd crush the time now. The bell I used is 45kg but you can get them bigger still.

You can always swing two of them at once.

I was thinking of an obese Helen with strict C2B Pullups(since I suck at kipping) and 2 24kg KB's. Gonna try this asap, perhaps film it.

You still make it look light, nice park you got there Leon just over the road, bet that comes in useful. I have a Rugby field right next to me.

From my experience of Fat Helen it will be horrible , but then so are most workouts if you give them everything. Be interesting to try swinging 2 KB's together.

You can consider that challenge taken up next time Cindy appears. I have done C2B with a vest before during Murph so I know what to expect.
