Multi-Vitamin

I have a question about multi-vitamins. After taking my multi-vitamin my urine is nearly neon yellow the first few times after the pill. Is this a bad thing?

Nothing to worry about but unless you are using a high quality multi vitamin then you are ****ing your money away.

If you plan on buying Centrum, I can give my address and you can just send the money to me, and save yourself a pill. Do your research on them. Just because something is the most popular, DOES NOT mean it's the best for you. Don't be a victim of clever marketing.
Just like my patients that tell me they have a healthy snack of Dannon's "fruit on the bottom" yogurt? Yea, filled with 37g of sugar!!!
By your vitamins the same way you should your food....Quality!

Is that one of those ones with like 5000% RDA of everything? Those always seemed sketchy to me, but I haven't done any research to see if they have any real dangers.

I would be curious to see the percentages as well. The only one I take it extreme excess is vitamin C. Other then that I take Calcium and Magnesium for chronic muscle cramps. I take less then the bottles prescribed amount because it works for my body, why take more then you need. I get everything else from good ole food.
