135 pound Squat clean, 45 reps
45 Ring Dips
45 Double-unders

Scaled it to 85lbs

#:00 break, i went back to do som ring work. I always end up loading up the day befor my rest day, but I'm spent, I just messed around on the rings, but was able to get anothe muscle up, I'm suprised.

That time seems REALLY good for that workout. For whatever reason that wod looks like it would take forever. Nice work.

It was tough, I will love to go heavier next time. It felt slow and dragging, but it went by faster then I expected. Good workout, it makes me glad today is a rest day.

Thanks, It was, but I liked it in the end. I was afraid of it befor hand.

50 back ext no weight
10 supine streches with 40 lbs 10reps for a count of 10
ring plank holds swithcing from front to side to side withuot letting go of rings 30sec each hold, 5min.

Good strech.

You just talked yourself into doing it as well, I will be hitting them for 10 minutes in two hours time.

Yea, I would have gone longer, but I didn't have time, I want to hear what you think of them.

Nice work! I am thinking of doing this today... I will do it in a globo so I'll have to do a lighter squat clean since I bet they won't like it much if I drop the weight EVER. Nice job on this. How were the 45 ring dips?

Ok, not that bad really, but I did them in fives, 5, count 3,2,1, five more. I can do ring dips, but only a few at a time.
