I thoufgh I'd be ready to kill it today. i wanted to have the jerks done this morning and maybe make up DT but I went to bed just befor midnight, Martin woke up at 3:15am then Cathy was waking me up because I was snoring. I'm tired. The warmup was tough on me this morning. Martin gets his ears cleaned out this morning, My mom and dad will be taking him, I may have to meat them if he gets on the fight. Always. It is fine. I'm just tired this morning. I went to bed ready for today and ready to train. Now I just want to sleep. Oh and my tooth is/was pushed off to the Wednessday. |

Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
1. 175lbs 2. 185lbs 3. 185lbs 4. 185lbs 5. 195lbs 6. 205lbs 7. 220lbs f,f got it on 3rd try Last time 1.165lbs 2.185lbs 3.195lbs FFF.165lbs 5.175lbs 6.185lbs 7.195lbs old max is 215lbs. Beat it today. 3 days rest and all;) It came down to form on the last one. I had the weight up and locked every time. First one I was distracted, second my left wrist tipped forward and down it went. Third was solid. Oh and I went from deadlift to jerk to mix it in and get all we wanted to do done. So inbetween jerks I'd dead lift last two sets were 5x 235lbs 5x 255lbs them a quick squat session up to 205lbs x5. |

Thanks Scott, really it has been really a long time to have worked on the jerk, I didn't expect much, but I was fast under the bar and it was ring the weight down that was the hard part! |
