hey nik how do you workout so much during the day at work, do you work at a gym?

15 attempts! way to chase that pb!

taking your weight into consideration you've got to be one of the strongest pound for pound guy on here.

to second Ernie, how do you get time do stuff during the day?
I wish I worked at a gym. I get two 15min breaks and a hour for lunch. We have a weight rack rope we braded ourselves, dips and rings i put on a forklift. Sometimes I come in early and do stuff befor i clock in.
I spend all my breaks and lunch working out some(most times).
Power clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

1. 135lbs
2. 145
3. 155
4. 165
5. 175
6. 180F
7. 180F

so I attempted 180lbs about 15 time, I was determined to get it, but I couldn't. I had it chest high, and didn't stick my elbows up, total mental break down. I had the strenth, not the skill of mind.
Well Nik, I gave these a go today. Very tough. Mental battle man. The weight really starts to feel heavy after 165 lbs.
