Right leg. It is healing though, I was able to roll it yesterday.

Have you given a thought to doing barbell lunges instead of squats and maybe speed-up that healing process? Go light to keep things moving on the right side, and see if you can't get 2 wheels on one wheel on the left side. Or maybe that's a thought whose time has passed.

Do you mean uneven lunges? I am squatting for ROM and getting blood and muscle movement back in the area.

I may try lunges, but I think it will be really light on the right leg.

I'm not so proud to take advice.

Not bad, quad got sore after a wile but only on setting it back down, not on the pull.

I was going to do the CM2 metcon but the deads took almost all lunch as Brady and I were taking turns and it took longer.

On another good note, I did double KB snatched with the 1.5pood/53lbs,24k KBs 3x3

and I got the 70lbs(31.7k)2pood for 3 each arm, that is PR for me and a first!!
