Re: Nik
10:00 break
daily squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 305lbs x1 335lbs(152k) xfx1 Woo, that was tough. I am still feeling tired from my cold. I missed on the first rep, I got to the bottom and had nothing to come out of the hole with. I got mad because of the miss and stripped it and reracked it. Second rep I got, but my knees caved bad and I had to really fight it up. I hope alot of that is from the lunges yesterday, I kind of figure it is, but still bad form. |
Re: Nik
Lunch
I did not press, my middle/upper back was to tight so I stopped, bench press bar x10 135lbs x3 185lbs x3 205lbs x3 225lbs(102k) x3 x3 x3 that felt pretty good, better hen it was last week. |

Doing my best to not lose anything. My squats are suffering though. I have not squatted over 335lbs in two weeks. Form is bad and I feel weak. But still staying at it as best I can. |

That's still a strong squat, keep it there until you get past this month, remember how quickly you re-gain strength once back to normal. |

Good Stuff. |
