Nice to see you getting back to it.

Also I really enjoyed all the pictures on your Japan trip. Looks like things are going well for you. I know Calgary is not in great shape so I am glad you seem to be doing fine

Warmed-up on the rower.

Barbell complex: 3 dead lift, 3 power clean, 1 jerk

Clean and jerk:
[B][I][U]155# x 2, 185 x 2, 205 x 2, 225 x 1[/U][/I][/B] - all the way through, no misses!

Another complex: snatch balance, 2 over head squats
2 times through -[B][I][U] 95#[/U][/I][/B]

Power Snatch:
[B][I][U]95# x 3, x 2[/U][/I][/B]

Snatch:
[B][I][U]95#, 115 x 2, 135, 155, 165[/U][/I][/B](0 for 2) - I havent done any weightlifting work in months, so to get through this open gym with only a couple of misses at the end felt pretty good!

This is why you build the strength up at the start! Great day! After the lifting, I took a baseball bat and some balls and hit a few and chased them down. Fun!

Took another swing at working out yesterday....first time in a month!

Conditioning:
12 min AMRAP
14 right-arm, overhead, dumb bell reverse lunges
100m run
14 left-arm, overhead, dumb bell reverse lunges
100m run
[B][I][U]Rounds: 3 + 3 lunges[/U][/I][/B]

Consistency has been a tough thing to come by for me lately. I never give up though!
