It's in sterling heights...we have a pretty good group there but It still looks like a bit of a hike for you. I would say though...would probably definitely be worth a trip a few times per month just to check form...maybe some added intensity/competition as well. |

Yeah...You must be. Sterling Heights is just north of Warren about 30 - 40 mins from you. |

1 Mile run on Treadmill 7:15 - Went pretty hard but had a bit more in the tank. Probably could have started off a bit stronger. Front Squat 10 - 95 7 - 115 5 - 135 5 - 155 5 - 175 5 - 195 4 - 215 Couldn't get that last one out. And I racked the bar crooked. Owell. Clean Practice 5 - 135# |

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. 7 rounds + 5 |

went to get built Chattanooga today for a free saturday workout...great group of people and had a great workout!! Here it is Run ~650m 50 OHS PVC Run 650m 40 box jumps Run 650m 20 burpees Run 650m 300 jump rope run 650m 30 1.5 pood KB swings Run up hill backwards ~100m 26:50 |
