To wake up most every morning feeling like I've been hit by a train? Back's pretty stiff, quads and ankles make funny noises, etc.
I am 32, 164lbs, and only about 9 weeks into Crossfit.
I know I need to stretch more but other than that should I be this tight and rickety?

FYI-I'm not complaining at all! :happy: Just curious.
