Here is a video of me doing handstand pushups. My wrist flexibility is very poor and was wondering if the effectiveness of the exercise is reduced as a result of that and the fact that I was force to arch slightly to keep my balance (compensating for the wrist).

Also, the wrist flexibility issue can be easily resolved by using a pair of parallets.
