My time is pretty good, but I lay on the ground for about an hour afterwards not able to move with a headache and thought I was going to throw up. Maybe I'll do it rx'd next time?

Walking Lunge, 30 steps

in 3.44 min.

I ran about 9km up and down hills to Tom's house and back the other day. Also still playing soccer.

Really not fit.

Won soccer 9-0 on weekend, I scored 3 goals. Go crossfit!

5 x 20kg, 3 x 60kg, 2 x 70kg, 85kg, 105kg, 110kg
130F - 120 - 125

Military Press (PB70)
5 x 20kg, 3 x 30kg, 2 x 35kg, 40kg,
50 - 60F - 55

Deadlift (PB145)
5 x 20kg, 3 x 60kg, 2 x 70kg, 90kg, 105kg, 115kg
130 - 140 - 142.5

125 + 55 + 142.5 = 322.5kg (PB345kg)

Shoulder strength needs increasing, squats are lower as form has improved.
