Stephen, Congrats on the PR Crossfit Total. I am still trying to get to 600.
Today, I ran 5K on the road. My time: 26:30 (missed PR by 7 seconds) It was great running weather here. 50 degrees. |

Five rounds for time: 9 Hang Squat Cleans 155/105 15 Pull-ups My Time 17:45 rx'd This was a gut check WOD, much harder than I thought it would be. Form felt real good on the squat cleans, did 4 unbroken first round then 3x3. Pullups 3x5 first round then less as the WOD went on. Also, pardon my ignorance, but are the Hang Squat Cleans the same as pulling from the ground? |
