15 min Scale to be around 12-17 min workout Metcon (Time) 800m Run 50 OHS 45# ( yes for everyone) 30 T2B 50 OHS 45# 800m Run time 17:45 I got confused and was not sure if I did 40 rep or 50 on the first set of OHS so I did 60 on the last set to be sure. |
