21-15-9 reps of: 225 pound Deadlift Handstand push-ups time 6:30 last time 7:28 with game standard HSPUs last time 6:37 with game standars on the HSPUs. last time 5:58 last time 7:33 last time 12:17 last last time 11:14 not to bad today. Though I broke the HSPUs on all rounds, but only once per round. |

front squat bar x5 135lbs x5 195lbs x5 220lbs x3 245lbs x3 not bad. Last rep my elbows dipped and it was a fight, but still ok. to tired for a metcon. I have been getting up at 4:00am for the last few weeks to cover the 5:30am classes and I am tired today. |

squat bar x3 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs(106kilo) x10 I am tired from the morning classes and my back is still a little fatigued, so I went for good reps over a high single. still 10 reps was fun. The first 5 were easy, the last five were mental. My form was solid, and I had more in the tank. |
