Alex was just going to post that. OH Walking lunge with 50# dumbbells. I gotta get tested on that one.

We do thrusters with the 50's a lot..

They could do ground to overhead with them also.

Who knows?? But this time Im sure that Castro will implement them with that post. That was the biggest clue yet. Making people scramble for them if they don't have access to them and not programming might lose some fans and peeps doing that.

Assuming we're snatching if that's a caveat of the dumbbell dimensions.

Anything else.. Maybe they will have a workout with more than one exercise with the DB's? Once again won't begin to guess whats inside Castro's head.

Yes forgot those thrusters, s2o, burpee db dead lifts, TGU, Farmers carry, distance toss, dumbbell triceps kick backs.. the list is long.
