30 reps all
GHDs
back ext
pushups
abmatt situps
FS with bar

pullups
deadhang overhand grip 10
deadhang underhand grip 10

rolled back 2:00min
rolled glutes 2:00min a side
stretch calf 2:00min a side.

left side lower back a bit dodgy. A little sore. I hope a lot of water and more mobility work will make it ok.

We only have rings to dip on so its ring dips for sure, just like something else I thought of>> Yesterday we were allowed to do the KB clean & jerks from the hang or between the legs and back up, did not find out until too late to post up anything and tell you.

stretch

2:00min stretching shins
2:00min couch stretch on wall each side
2:00 min ham stretch with band each side
2:00min calf stretch 2:00 a side.
legs are really feeling the box jumps.

165 pound Front squat, 7 reps
7 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
time 8:44

unbroken. The FSs werwe SLOW. I had rounds where I stood there with the bar in the rack position and took a few breaths. Also I took to long picking up the bar.

Pullups easy C2B, I love those. Also I did'nt go real fast on the C2B.

30 muscle ups for time wrist turn out

time 9:25 still not a pr but better then last time. One miss. 3 to start, couple of 2s mostly singles.

last time 9:31, missed one rep and landing bothered my back a bit.

You would smake that workout. I though I could be under 7 min, but the dang FS got slow. I was suprised. But honestly I havent FS or oly in a long time.

Good morning Nik, hope all is well. You certainly kicked some 'Orca' butt last night even with the breaths, that 75k got real heavy, heavier than expected.

Good after noon!!

Doing good. I was a bit dissapointed to be over 7:00min. I was alot slowere on the FS then I though. That was the only thing. The C2B was easy and just a bump.( I was glad of the pullups, I have been milking my arm and not doing alot of pullups and no C2B in a long wile. )
