As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:
55kg Squat clean, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders

3 rounds, cleans, pullups, 14 DU's ALMOST 4 rounds.

I must of missed this, not been on here much over the busy weekend. That was definately a nastier workout than it looked, especially on breathing.

Ok, so my lowere back is a mess right now. It has been bothering me all weekend. I have taken ibuprofin off and on heat pad off and on. Took yesterday off for it(and I can't run with Martin and I don't have the distances down at the new place yet.)

My back is sore today some. Nagging, but there. I haven't taken any ibuprofin today. I have a ''icy hot'' patch on it now.

I did 30 reps FS with bar only
30 ''GHD''s on swiss ball(Scott you do these) no rack to do them yet.
30 Good mornings(again no rack for back ext)
30 abmatt situps no weight(I started with a 25lbs and it didn't feel good)

If I don't workout today that is 3 days in a row now. I can't do todays workout. All those reps on squats I know will hurt me.

that and the rope isn't hung, but I can probably rig it up on the forklift ok if I needed to.

How can I scae this workout, or what can I do today to get a workout and not be stuped and cause further injury.

I want todo something, but I don't want to make things worse.

Yea, it was a good one. you are right, it get you breathing really hard.

Maybe death by pullups?

Go for the death by pullups to give the low back a rest. Besides you missed out on the fun when it came up last week.

Will do then. It will be great. i have to keep positive. This stuff happens. I'll work arround my back and hit it when it gwets better. I miss heavy lifting though, it is killing me.
