daily squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 335lbs(152k) x1 all easy, finally it is getting better. Last rep alot better then it had been. |

I think so, over the last two days i feel my strength is starting to recover a bit and I'm not feeling so '' hung over '' all the time. So I have good hopes. |

Dead hang Cindy
5 close over hand dead hang pull ups 10 chest to deck push ups 15 squats 17 rounds 5 pullups 10 push ups first time in a long time doing 20:00mins. Squats could have been faster, all unbroken, pull ups take alot of time. They were drop to a hang then pull. Strict pull ups. |

squat clean 135lbs x1x1 165lbs x1 185lbs x1x1 205lbs xfx1 225lbs(102k) x1 that was fun all though to short. I was also getting head rushes through out. My poor little brain could barely handle the strain of getting out of the hole I guess?! |

Great squat clean Nik, and that strict Cindy looks fun. Build that up to 20 rounds, or do it Chelsea style, so on the minute for as long as possible.

Yea, I was just testing my lungs, I can do better, plus my squats were not all out. The cold is gettin g better day by day, so I wanted to test it. It was tough, I had room for 20 rounds at 10:00mins but slowed. Cleans were fun, except the head rushing. That matches my all time PR in my 15:00min break. Happy about that. |

A.M. warm up
I got in late so I only had time to roll. Rolled my back 2:00min rilled piriformis 2:00min a side rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side squat bar x3 135lbs x3 heel still acting up. I ''rolled'' it off and on over the weekend,(ball in knee pit) which helped, but it is still sore. I also sat with the ball in my ham too. I have to go have blood taken today to get a fresh sample to start new blood work, so I have my 10:00 break and 3:00 today. |
