10:00 break
5/3/1 squats 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 320lbs(145k) x1 all good reps, last one slow, and had to fight knees out but ok. Glad it was good after last week. |

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5-5 bar x5 115lbs x5 135lbs x5 165lbs x5 185lbs x5 205lbs(93k) x5 235lbs(107k) x4 AMRAP in 15 minutes of: •6 Kettlebell C&J (Alternate arms each round, 32/16kg) •8 Pullups •10 Box Jumps (24/20") 7 rounds plus 6 C&J with the 1.5 pood I had no steam from the start. I was feeling weak from getting over being sick and did all I could to keep going. KB was slow and box jumps real slow, pull ups easy. |

I'm sure the energy will come back over the next few sessions! |

A.M. warm up
30 GHDs 30 back ext 10 HSPUs 30 abmatt situps 10 HSPUs 30 squats 10 HSPUs 10 wide c2b dead hang pull ups 10 close over hand dead hang pull ups 10 close under hand dead hang pull ups 30 pushups kicking drill rolled my back 2:00min left elbow is sore I think and pretty sure from the KB work yesterday, but it warmed up ok and is not as sore. |
