It's in sterling heights...we have a pretty good group there but It still looks like a bit of a hike for you. I would say though...would probably definitely be worth a trip a few times per month just to check form...maybe some added intensity/competition as well. |

1 Mile run on Treadmill 7:15 - Went pretty hard but had a bit more in the tank. Probably could have started off a bit stronger. Front Squat 10 - 95 7 - 115 5 - 135 5 - 155 5 - 175 5 - 195 4 - 215 Couldn't get that last one out. And I racked the bar crooked. Owell. Clean Practice 5 - 135# |

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. 7 rounds + 5 |

Cindy 19 Rounds + 5 Squats. I can't believe I missed 20 rounds by 10 friggin squats!! Mental note - I felt super strong compared to normal. Ate taco bell and nathans chili dog and chili cheese bacon fries yesterday. Go figure. |

Sprint Intervals Run 1 mile easy (I slogged) Made it about 1200 meters before I got kicked off the track ~10 mins Came home and google earthed the distances and here's how it looked 2x400m 4 min rest between intervals 1:27 1:32 4x200m 2 min rest between intervals :40 :42 :42 :45 8x100m 1 min rest between intervals :21 :21 :27 (I think i messed up the time here) :20 :21 :21 :21 :21 Run light 1 mile ~11:20 |

I officially became a coffee drinker on Tuesday. I've just heard too many bad stories about diet pop...And George Mounce said coffee is ok so I guess it is!! Plus coffee packs a whallop of caffeine and antioxidants and is mostly water anyway so it's almost a health food! That workout has been a mental issue for me...I went to a cert in VA beach in July and the instructors did that...I came back and about a month later tried it at 95# and it almost killed me...today's was tougher at 135# but I just feel better knowing I did it I guess. |

Had to think of something to do at globo today so I thought HEY! I haven't done Bear Complex in a while!!! What an idiot... 7 Reps of Power Clean Front Squat Push Press Back Squat Push Press 5 rounds for weight. Only touch and go - no resting the bar on the ground. 65, 85, 105, 115, 125 - miss Made it 6 reps then on the 6th after the Front Squat I lost it...dropped the barbell and that was it. What a tough workout. It was also very good to have a few days off...I hadn't realized that I had gone fairly hard 9/10 days. Be careful!! |
