Workout took me a little longer than planned, so I didn't have time for my core work. I was supposed to have a 5 o'clock intro, but the ****er no showed. Of course, by this time I've downed my post-workout and my metabolism has shifted gears. Hopefully, I'll have some time to catch up on the rest of my workout after my last appointment. |
