10 rounds 10 sec strict c2b pull-ups 10 sec rest 20 sec push-ups 20 sec rest 30 sec walking lunges 30 sec rest Lost the paper with my reps on it. Pull-ups were all 5's and 6's; push-ups were 20's early on, then 15-17 later; walking lunges were all in the 26-30 range. |
