Rolls those calve muscles Nik, I have been battling knee pain latey and it goes away if I do a good 10 minute session on the calves. Talking of that I think I finally found out how to stop my knee pain rolling yesterday before Front Squats rather than after I squat, no knee pain this morning.

When I get the site up its still on Mondays mobility WOD, done that yesterday. Good work on rolling those calves, I might sneak out and have a roll about soon.

Yea, it was yesterdays moblilty workout.My knee feels better, I still need to roll my calves more, they are still ropey.

All pullups chest to bar and all sets unbroken

thrusters all broken 17/4, I don't remember the second round, third round 5/4.

Funny it alwasy feels like I'm not doing good at all wile I'm doing it, but after I'm done I end up with a pr. I have to remember that for next time.

Oh we got 2 new 1 1/2 pood KB's! First time having them. I wanted to get e 2 pood, but where we gwet them was sold out.

I though I was going to do MUs but I sucked at them today. I only manager a few dead hang MUs and just couldn't hit the transition. I figure it is fatigue fron fran.:shrug:


Oh and good news. I talked to Crossfit Rockwall and they are going to do what ever is needed to be a registered gym got the game comps. :kicking0:
