Man those KStar streches look so simple, but they are a killer! Good job getting a bit higher. It shows something is working.

Snorkeling, swimming, kiacking, you name it. Running on the beach.you name it.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

8round thrusters, 3 cleans. I so wanted 9 rounds. I did better this time then last time, but about the same as the time befor.

They should give this one a name Nik, great work on beating last time and a good way to smash the body before going on your romantic break tomorrow. Martin will be fine, I am sure your leaving him in good hands, be a break from watching you train every day!! :D

3:00 break

4 round of 40yard sprint 30KBswings 1 pood, all round must bwe under a min.

Done with Brady, this was his workout. Fun one , it was supose to be 2 pood, but we only have the 1pood. All my rouns under a min.

Great job on the Thruster WOD, I still need to do this in a few, looks like it is going to hurt. Glad to see you did better, thats what its all about.
