21 min of rolling and streching rolled glutes(felt better after this morningsession)IT bad both sides, hams, calfs front and back shoulders(left one reallty sore) rolled back (traps a bit sore) Piegon pose 60 sec both legs, more streches I don't have a name for. 10 wide grip C2B pullups 10 toe to bar 20 DU 10 burpees No real structure, just messing. |

Man I know, I'm kind of both ways. Annie I was after and wanted to get a good time. But other times just doing a workout for the fun of it sounds good. I like doing sets of stuff. Like deads, cleans or squats, what ever. It is great fun and no pressure. |

A.M. warm up
30 reps unbroken GHDs back ext 40lbs abmatt situps with 45lbs plate overhead OHSs with bar 2HSPU's landed on my head and kipped out 3 HSPUs no kip. It's a start...again. |

I have 26:16 to beat for todays workout. I am feeling pretty good about it. If I can just tighten the rope climps just a bit and do the dips and squats the same then I have won.
