warn up was 85x10 135x5 185x5 1. 225 2. 245 3. 265 4. 275 5. 295 6. 305 7. 315failed I'm not back to my max, but this is great progress getting there. I'm real happy with it. |

What a heck of a weekend, I mssed sat ans sun, I got into work to have to go fix a flat on my wife's car, I have been running non stop for days, I will probably do the pullups bench today. What are you doing? |

sounds like a hectic weekend and morning. i just finished the thruster double under wod in 12:48. I'm starting to really hate thrusters lol. i might hit up the painstorm later on depending how i feel.
