Ouch. Well glad you have an idea what's going on now. Get better!!!
:(
will do, I feel better today, a little off, but better.

It is funny how you saw it and I didn't. I set mysefl up to fall and didn't even know it. I backed off how many bananas I have been eating lately. Drinking to much water which was flushing out what electrolites I had. And working in the heat ans all the humidity last week.
If all else fails you can drink Pedialite.
I'll look in to it. Thanks. Gaterade seems to be doing a good job till i get the enuro lite in.

From from I recall, pedialyte doesn't have a lot of sugar or junk in it.

Man, I just can't handle the heat and humidity this year.... :(

Yea, it snuck up on me too. But last year I was drinking gatorade. This year I was off it for the sugar. I don't know if that is a big factor.

light workout. Still testing the water on the heat. All though I didn't get the hit from the workout I though I would

2 reps on the min for 10 min.
weighted deadhang pullups 45lbs plate.

I liked that, I got all reps(both of them) with out missing. Good extension at the bottom. It went better then I thought it would.

DU prqactice
42rep PR for me on my first go
17reps
9 reps.
I burned out quick on them.

Nice work on the pull ups. Nice to see you slowly back at it.

Yep, it is that or a 5K run.

I'm nervous for the workout. I want it posted now.

It's always posted as I'm headed to the gym so when I get there I can decide how hard to push.
