New member here and figured this is where I would post my first message. I am a 28 year old who is 6"2 and 220 lbs who used to play competitive hockey and about 1 month ago my friend and I started doing crossfit workouts in our condo gym (with limited equipment). We were getting tired of the traditional style workouts - biceps curl, bench press ect...and thought crossfit would be a good change. What can I say, I am officially hooked!! These workouts are challenging me like nothing I've experienced before.

Being a larger guy, I have always been good with lifting weights (Squat,bench,cleans ect) but have always struggled with body weight exercises. After reading countless articles and watching videos I have tried to establish a few reasonable goals.

#1 Butterfly pull ups
#2 Hand stand push ups
#3 Muscle ups

Are these 3 goals are something reasonable for me to start out with???

Sure. They're your goal, right :rofl:

Check out Carl Paoli's GWOD (wfs: [url][/url]) plenty of progressions to get you there.

This could easily be something you work at after a warmup and prior to your WOD.
