For everyone else - Artem, a guy named Charlie, and I all live and go to university together. We've decided to start doing regular crossfit workouts together in the mornings before class/work, and so we're just going to post them all together here.

We all do other things, outside of the crossfit workouts, but we'll just keep this workout log strictly Crossfit.

We started today with Fran, and in 4 weeks, we're going to try the same Fran and compare times.

We woke up early (4:30) this morning and went to visit Joe Celso at Crossfit Rochester.

Warm up:
Row 750 meters
20 20lbs Turkish Getups
Row 750 meters

Workout:
50 jump rope
12 L-pull ups
100 jump rope
24 man-makers
150 jump rope
48 situps
150 jump rope
24 man-makers
100 jump rope
12 L-pull ups
50 jump rope

Results:
Artem: [add results later]

Zac: 17:23. (I haven't jumped rope in 8 years... I probably could have knocked 2 or 3 minutes off of my time if I could not screw up every 10 or 15 jumps.

Last set of 15 pullups I had to sub in for jumping pullups. Got little sleep. Felt drained after.

We went out to Joe's today, our local gym Rochester Crossfit, due to the fact that we had class registration yesterday. Pei decided to tag along and check out Crossfit. Joe had an interesting workout cooked up for us.

[U]Workout[/U]
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Complex Burpee (Inverted Burpee, followed by normal Burpee)
Dumbbell Swings
Knees to Elbows

[B]Artem:[/B] 18:48 @40# dumbbell.
I came in, took a look at the workout and thought "thats it?" Boy, was I wrong. Next time I need to up the weight to 50#.

I felt like a trainwreck all day. I was a bit nauseous on the way home, and getting pretty dizzy. I think it was due to a mere 4.5 hours of sleep, and not nearly enough to eat before hand..

But I still felt awesome.

Charlie used 40lbs not 45. Charlie took 40 and the old guy that did the workout with us took 35.
